TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

I offer a range of services, including therapy, integrated therapy, hypnotherapy, counselling, and coaching. Please note that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and none of my services should be regarded as medical treatment. I do not work with clients who are:

In active addiction,
Actively suicidal,
Psychotic, or
Experiencing a life-threatening crisis.

2. PAYMENT:

Coaching:

The pay-in-full fee is the amount listed for each coaching package.
If you choose the payment by instalment option, a 15% admin fee will apply. Instalments are available for therapy fees over £400. All instalments must be paid before the final session.
For invoices, payment is due within 14 days, and all fees must be settled prior to the final session. Outstanding payments are due regardless of whether the therapy or coaching programme is completed.

Therapy:

Payment for online therapy sessions must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
For in-person therapy sessions, payment can be made via bank transfer at least 48 hours before the session or in cash at the start of the appointment.

3. PAYMENT METHODS:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, Square, or invoice (for payment terms).
We do not accept credit cards.

4. PENALTIES FOR MISSED PAYMENTS:

If payments are missed more than three times, further sessions may be postponed until the outstanding amount is paid.
If the client decides not to continue with the programme, the full outstanding amount will still be due.

5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

We require 48 hours' notice to rearrange or cancel a coaching or therapy appointment, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Exceptions may apply in cases of serious illness (e.g., cancer, heart conditions), bereavement (death of a close family member or friend), or other unforeseen medical circumstances (medical evidence may be required).
In cases of emergency cancellations, appointments may be rescheduled but not refunded. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. REFUNDS & TRANSFERRING SERVICES:

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, exceptions for refunds may be made in the event of a life-threatening diagnosis or if treatment requires stopping therapy or coaching. Medical evidence may be required.
Clients may transfer between services/packages of higher value, subject to availability, and any additional fees must be paid. Services cannot be transferred between clients.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY & EXCEPTIONS:

Client confidentiality is a priority. However, I may need to disclose information if:

I believe the client is a danger to themselves or others.
A child may be at risk.
The client confesses to a crime or discusses acts of terrorism.
If required by law or in consultation with relevant therapist colleagues (with appropriate safeguards for privacy).

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, and not through legal proceedings. The laws of England will govern these terms.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

While I provide coaching and therapy services to the best of my ability, results may vary, and I make no guarantees. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All eBooks, guides, scripts, and materials provided are the intellectual property of She's Confident Coaching. They are protected from redistribution, and clients may not reproduce, resell, or share these materials without written consent.

11. DATA PROTECTION & RETENTION:

In compliance with GDPR, all personal data is stored securely, and client information will be retained for the appropriate time period as required by law. Data is password-protected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clients may request access to or deletion of their data at any time.

12. FORCE MAJEURE:

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform any obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. collect customers’ data and use it once their purchase has been completed.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
